Here at AVIT Vision we have long known the importance of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) and the impact that they can deliver both for the customer experience but also the high conversion rate that they provide our clients.
This year have been engaged by one of our customers to review the market for collaboration tools to enable BT to present and collaborate both locally and remotely across its globally estate of 20 CEC. As a result of this review we recommended the Prysm solution and have designed and delivered Eleven systems into the Paris, Sydney, Hong Kong and most recently London CEC and will be continuing the roll-out into 2017.
